• Due to our key coding system, as well as material and labor cost, we are unable to offer full refunds
• There is a re-stocking fee for any product(s) that is returned to Key Valet within 7 days of receipt
• Key Valet offers a 15-day even exchange policy equal to the amount of your purchase less shipping if products are returned in original packaging
• All Key Valet Products honor the 7-day re-stocking or 15-day even exchange guideline policy
