Warranty:
All products are provided with a 60-day product defect warranty. If a product becomes defective within 60 days from receipt of order, return to Key Valet. If a defect is found, upon inspection, a replacement product will be shipped to you at no cost or your monies will be refunded.

Refunds:
Key Valet products are custom designed and specifically key coded, per order. Due to the high cost of material and labor, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective and falls within the 60 day product warranty.
